THE HOUSE This gorgeous House is located right at the beach in the gated community of Ocean Park, only 10 minutes away from the Historical Old San Juan and the airport. The Villa is thoughtfully decorated with mostly vintage furniture and collectibles. The house holds beauty and memories alike, every corner tells a story. The Dreamcatcher House is a true oasis with many areas to find privacy as well as to come together with friends and family. The common areas consist of a dining room, two lounging areas with rocking chairs and hammocks. A spacious living room that opens to the garden as well as a fully equipped Communal Kitchen. The garden is protected by dozens of Buddha's, which quietly sit among the fruit trees, the water fountain and in between the flowers. In addition there is an edible garden in the front of the house with fruits, vegetables and herbs, where guests are welcome to help themselves. THE ROOMS There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in this house, sleeping up to 12 people. If you need space for 14-16 people then we convert the living room into a another bedroom and/or offer you the glass cottage (a beautiful room with loft bed, in the back of the garden). All rooms have A/C, cotton sheets, bath and beach towels as well as a large picnic blanket, which can be used for the beach. 4 out of 5 rooms are equipped with either a hammock, sofa or hanging chair. One room has a private bathroom, two rooms have direct access to a shared en suite bathroom while the two remaining rooms share the third facility and an outdoor shower. Every room is decorated with a Dreamcatcher, to protect your sleep and entice sweet dreams. There is free Wifi throughout the house. THE NEIGHBORHOOD This beautiful neighborhood of Ocean Park is one of the very few areas in San Juan where you find direct access to the beach without having High Rises surrounding you. All in walking distance you have cozy cafes, amazing restaurants, fresh fruit stands, a yoga studio, a farmer's market, grocery stores, boutiques, surf shops, hair- and beauty salons, only to name a few.. It is a very safe neighborhood and from our house it's only a 10 minute walk to Condado and Isla Verde, both highly touristic areas packed with even more restaurants, spas and shops. The Historical Old San Juan is a 10 minutes car ride and so is the airport. Staying in Ocean Park, you will enjoy more of a local flair than a mass tourism experience. ACTIVITIES & SERVICES MASSAGES We have very loving and talented massage therapist that will come to the house. YOGA CLASSES There are some teachers that will come to teach yoga at night time and we gather around the lemon tree in the garden. All classes are by suggested donation. Private or Small Group Yoga Classes can be arranged. DANCE CLASSES Private Dance classes (various styles) can be arranged. LAUNDRY We are happy to do a load of laundry for you. Each load is $12.00. We also work closely with great private tour guides and their services range from Rainforest & Cave Expeditions, to Zip-Lining Tours and Surfing Classes, just to name a few...
