There is a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom.There is an outdoor front patio area with outside dining table for six people and a gas BBQ. There is a grassy backyard with patio furniture available for private sunning or tropical nap-a great place to enjoy an afternoon cocktail, or to BBQ..
