Recently remodeled 1930's Spanish revival building in the heart of the Ocean Park. This is a very large unit. One minute walk away from 24/7 Walgreens pharmacy and one minute walk to a coin laundry. The local post office is a four minute walk. The beach is a two minute walk away, and there are many restaurant in the area. Restaurants within a 7 minute walk in the area include: Kasalta Bakery, B de Burro, PK2, La cuevita del Mar, La Chola, Ocean Park Cafe, Molinis, D' Luigis, Nonna, Pura Vida Bistro, Tres B, Si no corro me pizza and Fleria Greek Cafe.
