The apartment is strategically located in the Miramar area of San Juan, in a quiet and cozy place to enjoy your vacation or holiday. Located right in front (literally steps) of the Puerto Rico Convention Center and the Sheraton hotel and Casino. Its 10 min from the INT. Airport Luis Munoz Marin, 2 min from Isla Grande Airport (perfect if you want to go to the 2 small islands outside Puerto Rico VIEQUES and CULEBRA), 4 min to condado(bars,hotels,shops, restaurants, beaches, natural lagoon, kayak, paddleboarding, clubs etc), 4 mintues to old San Juan (bars, historical fort, church, historical city of San Juan, cruise port, restaurants, shops, ferry to the BACARDI destillery, etc. If you are not renting a car, there is a bus stop right in front of the building and a taxi stop at the Sheraton hotel lobby, right in front of the building too. We are very flexible with our guests. We only ask for turning off electronic equipment such as lcd, hometheater, air conditioning and lights when not in the apartment.
