Sleeps 6. The apt. is quite spacious and cozy for a one bedroom in Condado. The Spectacular Ocean View from the living areas and bedroom are a great treat in the mornings. You'll feel right at home in this little bit of paradise. The apt. has a full kitchen, 2 a/c's and a LCD tv w/ cable. There's also a modem w/ wifi. There is a coin laundry on premise and parking is available upon request. I receive all my guests personally and try to get to know them so they feel at home. I respect their privacy but always offer to help whenever they require it. Our unit is located on an off street of the main Ashford Strip, about 300ft from the beach entrance. It has all the convenience of being where the action is without all the noise. Within 1 block you have a mini mart, 24hr pharmacy, a dozen restaurants and shops. The bus stop is only 1/2 a block away though you can move around the Condado area walking since it is halfway though the main strip Please check our other beautiful Loft if your dates are not available on this unit.
