Fresh equipped apartment on second floor, equipped with wifi, a/c and ready to enjoy. Living room has a 39 TV with direct TV, netflix and a nice equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, full refrigerator, two burner stove, microwave and another under counter refrigerator. Nice size bathroom and small walk in closet between bedroom and bathroom. Our closeness to the beach, within a semi gated community, restaurants, bakery, yoga studio and 24-hr Pharmacy makes our location very accessible. We are just 10 minutes from the airport in between Isla Verde and Condado. There are supermarkets nearby, stores and much more. Old San Juan is just 15 minutes away and there is bus and taxis nearby. There are beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for your stay at the beach as well as towels. We live on the property so check in and out are very simple. Parking is on the street but we rarely have problems to park nearby.
