Condominium Stella Maris is centrally located, right next door to the San Juan Marriot Resort & Casino, La Concha Hotel and neighbors to Gucci, Dior, Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Mont Blanc, just to mention a few. Oh by the way, there is no pool but you have the entire ocean just steps from your front door. Here's the process: Once you decide to reserve your dates, I will gladly forward a rental agreement. Then scan the following documents: *Signed and initialed rental agreement *Copy of the check *Photo ID copies Once I have reviewed the scanned docs, and all is in order, you are confirmed. Thereafter, please place all in the mail and I'll notify you by email once it arrives. You will receive a welcome letter with the keys, in time for your trip. When the keys are on their way, I will email the tracking information and a signature is not required. Alternatively, on rare occasions, my care taker will meet you at the condo with the keys. When you return home, you will over-night the keys back to me. Once I receive the keys, I will return your security deposit.
