Welcome to Puerto Rico! This newly renovated home is located right at the heart of 3 mayor tourist destinations Isla Verde, Condado and the Old San Juan all 5 to 20 minutes away. Ocean Park is one of only few remaining gated communities right at the beach. The Property This home was renovated in November of 2013 and is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry with washer dryer combination and an enclosed car garage. Master bedroom has a full bath, queen bed and walk-in closet. 2nd room with a full bed and walk-in closet. 3rd room has 2 double twin beds 4 mattresses and a spacious closet. A total of 6 beds. No bed will be available for any additional guests, however, an air mattress is welcome. For babies we have a play pen, high chair & stroller if needed. Enclosed, private CAR garage for safety. No more than 8 guests will be accepted unless notified to owner and arranged in advance. All rooms have air conditioning. Beach towels are available. Currently, the home decoration is real basic & simple, during the year we will keep adding and improving the property. Ocean Park is an up scale residential neighborhood full of young professionals, surfers, kite surfers and beautiful people. Perfect for singles, couples and kids. Distance from important destinations. Airport to House 3.8 mi - 11 minutes House to Isla Verde. 3.4 mi - 13 minutes House to Condado 3.9 mi - 13 minutes House to Old San Juan 6 mi - 20 minutes House to near Hospital San Jorge 1.9 mi - 10 minutes. In Puerto Rico, especially around our area of Ocean Park, mostly everyone is bilingual. We have simple rules that will make your stay in Puerto Rico fun. ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY PROHIBITED and WILL VOID any agreement between guest and owner. 1. Check in 3:00 pm Check out 10:30 am, unless otherwise arrange with owner. 2. No smoking inside the house. 3. Have consideration towards the neighbors they are friendly and could be helpful. 4. Keep house clean to keep cost down. 5. Deposit will be lost if kitchen counters, floors or bedding are damage. Normal wear and tear is expected. 6. DO NOT open door to vendors or service provider without notification from Owner. 7. Trash days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday please place trash by sidewalk inside trash cans. 8. Key lost fee will be $50. 9. DO NOT remove FIRST AID kit from home. 10. Currently there is NO access to backyard. 11. Owner or Owner agent has Right of ENTRY to inspect, repair or protect property at any time. 12. Owner has no Obligation to refund any unused time in Property due to weather or third party issues. 13. No early termination refund. 14. Do not block neighbors driveway. 15.
