We are also planning to built a wooden deck where we will put a table with an umbrella and a Gas BBQ (may ask if this is done already or not). We are very close to the beautiful beach of Ocean Park. We are located between Isla Verde and Condado (2 main touristic areas with hotels restaurants, etc. Isla Verde is where the airport is and after Condado you reach the Historic City of Old San Juan). We are located at the Rampla del Almirante street, between the McLeary street and the Loiza street. Its like to be in the residential area of the locals but between 2 main touristic ares (Isla Verde and Condado); you can notice lots of tourist walking around.
