What I am offering: 1 Master Bedroom with its own private Bath of a 3 bed 2 bath condo in Santurce section of San Juan, 20 mins walking distance from the beach. Great places to eat, all around, nice & safe neighborhood. 8 min walking distance to the Train station, 5 mins from the bus stops route I and II. The Master bedroom has a huge walking closet, Queen sized bed with linens and Towels, and it's own private bath. You will have access to the kitchen, you are more than welcome to buy food and cook in the kitchen. There is an electric range with oven, so you can cook anything you want. You will also have access to the refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, Toaster Oven, washer and Dryer. There are 3 supermarkets and pharmacies within 15 to 20 mins walking distance. Parking is in the street, in front of the condominium. If you rent a car, you will be within 10 min of Isla Verde( Airport), Ocean Park, Condado, Old San Juan, and Hato Rey( The financial centre of San Juan) Internet available, No Cable TV This room is only intended for 2 people, if 3 guests are staying in this room, it must be with my prior knowledge and approval. The 3rd guests will be charged $20.00 per night. What makes this apartment unique, is the fact that is centrally located, you can walk if you wish to 3 Grocery stores, and have close access to bus line I and II, the only 2 that you are sure to not have to wait 30 mins to 60 mins. And will take you to Old San Juan, Rio Piedras and Plaza Las Americas, the biggest shopping mall in Puerto Rico.
